Contact and corrections

Report a wrong size or number

Tell us the page, the template number, what is wrong, and a link to the maker's page if you have one. We check every correction against the source before changing a page.

What we can't help with

We don't sell labels or printers, take orders, or offer design or printing services. We can't confirm whether your food label complies; for that, use CFIA's Industry Labelling Tool or contact CFIA. For a problem with a product you bought, contact the maker or the seller.
