About The Label Mart
The Label Mart is an independent reference site about printable labels: which template matches the number on your box, what size a label really is in inches and millimeters, how to get a sheet to print in the right place, and what Canadian rules say must go on a food label.
We don't print, sell or ship labels or printers. There is no shop, no cart and no "order now" button here.
Not affiliated
The Label Mart is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Avery, any printer maker, any carrier, Inovar Packaging or labelmart.com, or any other business called Label Mart. Brand names and product numbers are used only to identify which templates and products are compatible.
Ownership disclosure
The site's owner also runs a label shop, buyprinterlabels.com. We tell you that because it is a material connection. We don't recommend that shop or any other seller here, we don't link to it from our guides, and we compare products only on published specifications.
Why this site exists
Most label cross-reference charts are published by companies that sell the alternative product, and they map only to their own codes. Several have visible errors, and none say when they were checked. Canadian labeling rules are accurate on CFIA's site but spread over many pages. We put the facts in one place, with a source and a date on each one.
How we work
- Every template size, count and compatible number comes from the maker's own template page, with the date we checked it.
- Where a spec isn't published, such as margins or printer type, we say "not yet verified" rather than guess.
- Conversions (mm, decimals, areas) are our arithmetic and are labeled that way.
- Rules come from CFIA and the regulations on the Justice Laws site.

Money
The site is self-funded. It has no affiliate links. If that ever changes, we will say so next to the link.
